2 cups cut up carrots
1 cup cut up irish potato
garlic ...couple of chopped
couple of white onions chopped
Heat in butter or margarine...above until carrots and potato are soft enough to blend
add to blender above with
fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp of ginger
one can of chicken broth
one can of water
blend till smooth
return to pot to reheat.
