The buffet at the largest native American casino in the Twin Cities has a seafood night with an inflated price and the local Asian community goes bonkers with long lines carrying around plate after plate (or two plates at a time) piled high with crustaceans.
Makes me wonder if lobster can survive as a species given the demand.
Gonna need more lobster farms and less commercial fishing eventually.
