Article with Minister of Tourism pushing back on World Bank report on All-Inclusives. You can agree or disagree with some of the points he tries to make (or not understand some at all, because they are gobbly-gook-speak, IMO), but I found this sentence rich:
"He noted that all-inclusive resorts like Sandals Resorts International, in addition to selling its services, includes in its package attractions, the local craft market, Jamaican cuisine, among others."
And I'll note that Butch Stewart owns Sandals and just happens to also own the newspaper in which the honorable minister is quoted.
