Thought about emailing one of the names on that NCC PR about the jack hammering, but with the "investigation", would the contractor be so bold as to violate a stop-work order?
Overlooking the accident, this project and the government does seem to be another cross between an episode of the Keystone Cops and a movie title "Comedy of Errors." Stateside, in a small corrupt borough such as Fairview NJ, it would be "Business as Usual."
