It is awfully dry/aired in TB. They tell me they have been in a drought for 4 years now. We would see the rain coming and it would stop at the Santa Cruz mountains and come no further.
In one conversation I had at Pardy's I said I guess everyone wants it to rain. The answer was not everyone. I questioned why and the answer was if they have city water they can grow their crops and get more money since the farmers without city water will have their crops dried out.
Kind of a short sighted view but sounded about right for the way some people think.
There is totally so much more for us to see there next time as we only touched the surface this last trip.
