The bizarre part was how familiar the crowds were with the songs performed by all the bands you and I haven't heard of OT. Some I liked. Some I didn't...especially the DJ's who sat behind a turntable wearing headphones and lipsyching while constantly adjusting tone/reverb knobs to some monotonous beat.
As for Toots, well, he took the stage in a black leather biker outfit with lots of unnecessary silver buckles and studs, a black bandana, and a pair of dark shades that he wore upside down the entire show. Not sure how they didn't fall off his face.
The set list: Do the Reggay; Pressure Drop; Times Tough; Funky Kingston (w/ Toots on guitar for that one song only); Never Get Weary; Monkey Man; and Hallelujah.
