I browned 4 pork steaks in oil and then cut apples, onion and kraut..made a sauce with mustard, horseradish, beer..after deglazing the pork pan with white wine I added the sauce to it..arranged the apple, kraut and onion in a baking pan, added pork and poured sauce mixture over the top added some fresh rosemary..covered in foil and baking for an hour.
In hide sight I should have flipped the ingredients so all the juices flowed into the pork..oh well it will be good still.
