after two years of building, we had a small cook out in da yaad. our close friend lent us his two personal cooks for the day, we are blessed. We went shopping and bought FOOD. We also bought 5 chickens, 5 lbs pork and a big hog fish(snapper). 3 cases of beer, had overproof at the house.

I love the big fish steaks like that.

So many times, so many places all they had were steam fish.

Those little bitty fish with 10 thousand bones.

Hate it. The meat (if you can find it) is good, but

I hate fighting/struggling to remove those bones, so scared one will get stuck in mi throat.

Now those steaks, grilled up right, mmmm,mmmm good!!

Outdoor cooking, mmm, mmm good, you know I love to do everything outside.

On a cool night, after a great meal we can make a fire and go to sleep under the stars.
