after two years of building, we had a small cook out in da yaad. our close friend lent us his two personal cooks for the day, we are blessed. We went shopping and bought FOOD. We also bought 5 chickens, 5 lbs pork and a big hog fish(snapper). 3 cases of beer, had overproof at the house.

Wish we could have been there!....maybe next time....sounds like a good time was had by all!!

I love the big fish steaks like that.

So many times, so many places all they had were steam fish.

Those little bitty fish with 10 thousand bones.

Hate it. The meat (if you can find it) is good, but

I hate fighting/struggling to remove those bones, so scared one will get stuck in mi throat.

Now those steaks, grilled up right, mmmm,mmmm good!!

Thats one good-looking cook-out...Yummmm.(wow your friend has two personal chefs/cooks...nice)

And so generous you let Mr Spoon enjoy the feast too..(He did, after all whoop you in the pool game) I have no doubts Ras,that revenge will be yours in Feb(he he he) and then maybe Mr Spoon will be cooking for you this time (LOL)..

Glad your home is coming togther-must be such a good feeling of acomplishment.. Would love to see a few pics of it sometime.. as well as your garden..

Outdoor cooking, mmm, mmm good, you know I love to do everything outside.

On a cool night, after a great meal we can make a fire and go to sleep under the stars.
