This letter to the Gleaner is a bit vague (probably at least partly due to JA's libel laws... and maybe because labeling a powerful politician as a murderer might pose its own risks.), but I gather the writer means James Robertson of the JLP.

I read the Laurie Gunst book mentioned some time back and don't recall a particular slant toward JLP criminal-political ties (as is asserted in the letter).
I vaguely recall James Robertson's US visa being revoked (along with others, around the time the Dudus/Coke extradition request was heating up).
The Miami Herald article is long, but an interesting read (IMO). I'm not clear on why it is being published now though (the Les Green revleations maybe?).
