I just purchased the tickets for the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. For all the times I have said the Spanish resorts have more marble than the Vatican, soon I will find out:-)

Also reserved the Accademia in Florence. I will spend 15 minutes looking at David and 45 minutes looking at people's reaction to looking at little David!

No, I haven't told my mother as yet.

Congrats! You're going to have a great time. See if you can get tickets for the Scavi tour too. My parents were able to score those tix and said it was the absolute highlight of their trip. The tix are hard to come by though.
