My information and research on the Parkinson Great House has a HUGE gap. I have a friend in Negril who's family supposedly lived in it, ran a spice factory of sorts - unclear so I didn't write about it. Next visit I hope to take her up there (heavily guarded) and get some video of her telling her tale. Meantime...enjoy!

That is fascinating. I love the history. I always get a bit sad when I see former homes that are now in disrepair. Who is the guy spray painting and what is he spray painting? It was at the bottom in the slide show.

Yeah, Parkinson house really is not a safe place to go to(as of recent times) I heard of more than one person getting robbed there,etc....

Too bad...I know a lot people who are interested in seeing places like that...
