Llantrist (at the bottom of Hemitage RD)has been there a long long time and not once was it ever affected by a storm.I wonder why !!!!????

Worth speculating about for sure. There is no jetty there and just rock & sand from what I've seen. Perhaps it is how it is position geographically towards the sea so that the prevailing winds and tide surge during a storm do not come into play. Dunno. What's your theory?
