Seems the curfew was a little more far-reaching than Red Ground (see below)

A curfew has also been imposed in White Hall, Negril, Westmoreland at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 9. This curfew will remain in effect until 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, February 10, 2011.

The boundaries of the curfew are as follows:

NORTH Along Red Ground main road from the intersection of Marl Road and Red Ground main road to the intersection of Salmon Avenue and Red Ground main road;

SOUTH Along Good Hope main road from the car wash at the intersection of Salmon Avenue and Good Hope main road to the intersection of Marl Road and Good Hope main road;

EAST Along Salmon Avenue from the intersection of Red Ground and Salmon Avenue to the intersection of Salmon Avenue and Good Hope main road;

WEST Along Marl Road from the intersection of Good Hope main road and Marl Road to the intersection of Marl Road and Red Ground main road.

During the hours of the curfew, all persons within the boundaries are required to remain within their premises unless otherwise authorized in writing by the member of the security forces who is in charge of enforcing the curfew.
