Its one of those 'fees' that contribute to the high cost of LEAVING Jamaica. What is it for, I can't find anything on googly-goo.
There was another 'pax'-type charge on the list too. Perhaps it means 'person'?? But what facility, I think there are other charges there for 'facility'
