LOL!!...I can relate...did that route several times in the 80's, once with my son who was under a year old, & hated to be restrained in any way....nuff bawling along the way with lots of "looks" from the others on board....couldn't blame them! He finally fell asleep about half way between Kgn. & Negril. What a trip!

I had posted that on my FB wall 'cuz it reminded me of my first route taxi in Jamaica. It's so funny - but true.
