I will be there in person with my cc in hand, do they accept them?

The website is not perfectly clear on this. It reads:

we accept most major credit cards for Jamaican residents and Master Cards and Visa Credit Cards as well as Debit Cards.

Does Master Cd and Visa mean foreign?

I believe mi wife used ourcard there, I will ask her when mi see her
