Not sure if Negril was affected but Trelawny, Clarendon and much of the island dealing with crazy amounts of water.
Negril had some localized flooding based on my "reports from the ground". Not as bad as say, St. Thomas which got pretty mashed up.
Lots of rain - water water everywhere and not a drop to drink. My friends in the residential communities of Negril STILL have no water in the pipe.
Go figure.
