Kylake...My computer stops working and then starts working about 2-4 times a minute and has been doing this for about a week now . Also anything like your tunes or you tube or anything like that it says I need to install a plugin . I followed the instructions and nothing happens. Do I need to take it to a shop ?

OT, if the computer is really stopping and starting all by itself the first thing I would suggest is to get a copy of any document or picture or anything else you might want to keep moved to an external hard drive or USB flash drive. In other words back stuff up you want to keep first.
Then I think it is time to have some shop look at your computer.
It could be the hardware fixing to go out or some virus. There have been a bunch lately, heartbleed, poodle, etc. Lots of emails I have seen at work have been infected and one click it all it takes. Many of our internal people that click without thinking have been infected.
I have no way of telling what your problem might be but sounds to me like hardware failing and probably time to get a new computer. They are really cheap now and I would suggest finding something with Windows 7 since (not knowing what you are using now) the transition will not be bad. I would stay away from Windows 8. Personally I will probably upgrade one of mine after Windows 10 launches and I can figure out what problems people are having or not having with the new OS.
There is a beta Windows 10 you can load virtually but I have not had any time to fool with that.
OT, if you do want to buy a new one I have bought a few off this vendor.
