haha, yeah it is confusing! I was reading that they don't have an 800 number and you have a long wait on the phone to get to talk with anyone if you have any issues of any kind. I would have to call to check flight status when on our return flight because I wasn't planning on bringing my laptop. When we looked again to add up all the extra fees plus having a layover we found almost the same price for a straight flight down. I think we'll pass this time around for Spirit. I so appreciate all the input from you guys!
