Oh! Oh! My goodness. Piney - you do NOT disappoint. Only you & Sophie could have this kind of time! That's too much about that tourist trying to get you to pay for her drinks; sheesh!!! Come to think of it, maybe running a tab is a bad idea. Remind me to stick with paying for each drink/round each time. I did not know that Traveller's is doing karoke now. But....I will be SURE to go there again just for the bathrooms, LOL! Beats the heck out of Jenny's restrooms! Please keep going.....

I'm with you Liz....almost gave up on Jamaica because of Negril then I found Port Antonio, and that side puts Negril to shame.

Just seeing this thread today. I haven't been on the board in a while. Great photos and you guys look fabulous all dressed up. You need to do it more often.

I was a victim too. Had never drunk a Smirnoff Ice in my life but one mysteriously made it's way onto my tab as well. Wasn't mad at the time (it is what it is) but I am now... because I decided to try one after that, and now I'm hooked! Dang it! Especially the Green Apple version.

I discovered Smirnoff ice a few years back - they sure taste good when its hot outside.

LOL... you have to try the Green Apple one. Really good. I ran out of those so I'm having a Green Apple Vodka and Squirt over ice. Pretty darn good too! Waiting for the fireworks to start. Already hearing a few booms going off from some early birds.

Brenda - I have a bone to pick with you -
I have developed an unquenchable thirst for Smirnoff ice and it was all triggered from your post. It is not the first time that they have been in my craving menu. I had quit them, but it is hot and sunny here and Man oh Man do they taste good over ice. Mikes Lemonade is cheaper and tastes similar but it chews up my stomach while the S.I. is smooooth. I am supposed to be loosing a few pounds so I don't dare look up the calorie content because anything that tastes that good can't be low. In least it will start raining again one day and that will eliminate this craving.

I ended up with a Smirnoff Ice on my tab as well. Now it all makes clear sense and I have to admit a little irritation kicked in, especially considering that I usually offer up a round or two with whomever I am chilling with. I need to get back to trips with just my honey and I where I know not a soul.
