A nap in paradise feels soooo good.
Not a deep REM sleep, but a light nap, while still feeling the air flow into your room through window or porch.
Sometimes i think: Man, here I am, in Jamaica, but I'm laying in bed?
I don't let it happen. (not too much).
I know I may be missing out on great things, but sometimes when the batteries are low and your tank is on E, you have to and maybe should chill out, lay down and day dream.
A light day dream may turn to sleep though.
Then you wake up "huh, wha, where the"
It may be getting close to sunset.
So, you scramble into the shower, stuff some bucks in your pockets, put on your sandals, grab your keys and hit the road.
A brand new sunset is waiting.
I love the colors that appear during dusk.
It's like a magical time between two worlds.
I think it would be a shame to wake up and it is already dark outside, *^#)^^#@, where did the day go?
Nat King Cole once sung "The purple dust of twilight time, steals across the meadows of my heart"
So, if your Jamaican cell has an alarm, set it to about 1 hour before sunset, then rise to catch the cool breeze and sliding light of Jamaica at dusk.
