Good day everyone. First off, thanks to Booger for posting here and keeping it positive. Love ya bro.
Now, here are a few things I'd like to correct and suggest...just for the record!
1. We request everyone in attendance (not just floppers) donates at least $100J, more is better and we certainly do not want to ask anyone to give more than they can afford. Therefore, and again, I appreciate the idea, a 50/50 etc is not necessary...straight donations, like Booger said, work best! Brenda do you want to collect the "donations?" That'd be a great help!
2. Chris/Francine at SeaStar are awesome and have offered a $200 prize in the way of TWO free nights at Seastar to the FLOP winner!
3. I will personally offer the second place finisher a $20 bar tab at Seastar
4. All the help and assistance has been amazing and although I may be 'leading the charge' so to speak...it's people like Brenja and Boogs and Calendergirl and Marley and MANY others who make it POSSIBLE.
5. Thanks to this board for the support in the way of allowing posts regarding a CHARITY event. We are "officially" NOT part of any other board activities, nor is anyone allowed to post about this event...a CHARITY event.
I am sure some folks might be talking about the Flop on the Friday previous to our event. I have a hunch. Lots of co-mingling.
