gotta pay big money LOL (kidding) they've all been handed down from my mom which was a wonderful horticulturist...she always bought the bulbs knowing that the flower petals were going to produce BIG strong thick ones along with the stems for holding up in the winds. Mine have been blooming for a little over 2 weeks now. some of my plants were a little over waist high on me. When her 'fern peonie' blooms i will get a shot of that also, that plant goes for somewhere around $50 or higher.
