Impatience is the key to frustration and usually doesn't result in a person getting something done more quickly. If I see an email that has a ! and ASAP in it that is the last email I respond to.
From responses in the thread "above yours" it does not appear he has been run off!

But...after Kylake's description of a "sock puppet" something I'd never heard of before - now I'm suspicious of the new names we've seen on the board come up at around the same time as Leslie Chow's name - thanks Kylake - now my BS meter is tuned all the way up!
