CANT believe a place would ruin a long term rental by saying u must move out during ati for a 10 rental at a higher price... over the long term not a wise idea i would think.. at least offer to average that in to the monthy rent dah!!!!
this puts a damper in plans HELP???

I think it's a dumb a move too G. Maybe they can make more in those 10 days but factor in long term guaranteed income and it should be a no brainer. Capatalist greed. I'd rather have my bird inna bush than a maybe any day. Dumb moves like this is another reason these folks are suffering.
