It's pretty close to Bourbon Beach, but across the road. I stayed there Dec 2012 for a few days. It's a pretty big place... lot of rooms. They were remodeling and fixing up the rooms a few at a time when I was there. There is also a pool in the back on the second level, but water looked a little milky, I did not use it. I stayed in a simple room for $45. the room was large, clean, air conditioned and plenty of hot water. The only thing I did not care for is there was no small fridge in the room, but that may be avalible I didn't ask. I would stay there again. Hope this helps. I was thinking that it was the one next to the Time Square - on the town side. They have been working on that for a few months now. Looks like they are really getting it together.
