I'm sure that the last thing you have on your mind now is going out to a dance, or anything else other than great mourning / sadness / devastation. Still, I have a question about David Rodigan being in Hartford next week. If by any chance you read this, can you let me know? Springfield or Hartford is a lot easier (and cheaper) for me than doing the Amazura trip in Jamaica Queens.

My very first post on the forum, and not the kind of thing I had intended to post on. But Hartford is my US hometown (I hail from western Jamaica) and many years ago I hosted the radio show "West Indian Rhythms" there. So one can see why I would be drawn to your post. Here's the poster of the show (don't know how to hyperlink yet, sorry): Curiosity may just have me drive up for it (from Florida-- last-minute airfares are prohibitive). --Æ.

Oh shoytzer! The HartfordReggae website (http://www.hartfordreggae.com/event-list/details/35-david-rodigan-and-mighty-crown) was showing that poster under "Hartford Events" so I just ran with it without checking. So sorry. --Æ. |
