Did it a couple of weeks ago by absentee ballot. I'm usually in Negril Election Day so have a permanent absentee. I feel it a duty as an American. I don't always agree with any of the candidates, but must voice my little vote anyway!
I voted!!! I too do absentee - I just never know if I'm going to be traveling on election day so I too am a permanent absentee. I fill out the ballot at home and drop it off - our local coffee shop gives you a free coffee if you show them the "I Voted" sticker they give you
They may all stink but these days when I vote for people I'm usually voting AGAINST someone, not for someone. And so it goes again this year.
California has a gazillion voter propositions (another reason why its handy to vote absentee - doesn't take me 3 minutes to vote, I have to study!) My only "pet" prop this year is 19 - I voted "yes" - end the ganga prohibition in California!
"Once in a while you can get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right..."
I early-voted 2 weeks ago. In many cases, I too was voting AGAINST another candidate rather than FOR the candidate I cast my vote for. Dis Congress gonna be rough. . .
