Maybe a little soon for me to respond to this but this is how I see it now after seeing this for the 4th time today. IF I gave $100-$500-$1000-$10,000USD today, what difference would it make in 6 months-1 year-10 years?

Without a doubt the kids need care, the one with the cleft lip (sp forget the correct term) needs medical care ASAP, the house is unfit......but also the mother is maybe not the best person to raise 8 kids that she can not provide for.

Let's say we give her a new shiny home, pay for her bills for a year, get the kids in school and do whatever......where will they be in a year? Hell, even give the mother a job as a better long term solution to her money needs.....does that mean the kids will have to hide under the house when she is at work?

Without a doubt it's a family in need but I just can't see a solution....maybe I'm missing something?
