All I read was Blah-blah-blah same as before. So they just let them go with no legal action?

If they were doing this in 2010 - it DIDN'T WORK. As late as Nov. 4 masked police shot and killed Mickey Hill and there is still no justice. A year ago this same crap happened - that murder victim's name was Robert Hill. At that time they were talking about disbanding the police force and starting from scratch. Sounding better and better to me.
