I had to tell you this one. After you posted the pix of the basket of chicken foots (been told na chicken feet) and seeing how similar to baby fingers they were, I was totally grossed out. However while in Kingston a friend cooked stew peas with the foots(?) and they had a good flavor but were tooooo hot and spicy. The other day I purchased some and we made stew peas and chicken foots, delicious!!! So thanks to you I am back to enjoying them. Next will try with Red Beans and Rice.

That is too funny Doc!! Well I had seen this little ja guy years ago eating them in a soup and they were floating in his soup. So I asked him, Excuse me, but can I ask wat your eating? He said Chicken foot soup and its the best!!. Wow I looked at hubby like There is NOOOOOOOO way I would ever try that!!.

Well Now its one of my favorites!! Only homeade tho There is a little shop in Sav That has the good stuff too.
my friend is really picky on cleaning those feet which I like haha Some do come with the nail on them and some are smaller. These we buy at that little meat shop across the street from the firestation.
