listening to the radio i often start singing along to a "new" reggae tune...so i tell my friends "oh that is a remake"...they say no it is new lol....just today i hear "when you say nothing at all" old keith whitley song. friend says "no" it is a new song lol...same as seven spanish angels, garnett silk was a ray charles song...many others...what are some of your fave remakes?

Gold Digger by Kanye West is based on the track I Got A Woman by the Toots and the Maytals.

I haven't heard the newest remake of When You Say Nothing At All by Keith Whitley. He is(was) one of my favorites. The Allison Krause version was our first dance song at our wedding.
