Air Tran from Midway airport, Chicago - Markospoon - 08-22-2013

I found a great deal on AirTran.
Leaving from Midway Airport in Chicago.

This airport is in the city, not like giant Ohare Airport out in the suburbs.

I can get to the airport in 20 minutes, or have a friend drop me and they don't have to drive to far to get back home.

Non-stop all the way too.

But, I google Airtran and found some customer reviews.

Alot were Not nice.

I hope all is well with the service, delays, etc, etc.

One guy said the plane left the gate, but had to come back for some stupid reason.

The price was low and I jumped on it a few months ago.

I should be fine.

I will let you guys know when I get back.

Great for you, Marko! We used AirTran once out of Milwaukee to fly to Florida and they were great! No problems and they were very helpful checking in.

I did the airtran flight in june. It was fine. Now, this was the slow season, but what really blew me away was the return flight; getting through immigration was a dream (ok, I am being a bit flowery) but the longest wait was for my luggage. Not having to deal with the Ohare 2 mile walk to immigration and supentine lines was great!
