How safe and secure is it?? I need a new way to top up my digicel, bank has put new security measures :Verified by Visa, which is asking for SS# and pin# no way , so need new way to make digi purchases, I like to get the free minutes.

So is PP secure?

100% safe...have used it for years.

I agree with Wit- very safe. They also have a dispute department that I had to use one time and they came through for me with flying colors. I have not been able to get the Paypal link on Digicel to work for me in the past though- hope it works for you.

I've used Paypal for years too without problem but can't get it to work with the Digicel Top Up either. Have to enter card info. And I've never "stored" the card info with Digicel either. I re-enter it every time and uncheck the box to store it.

Love using PayPal over Credit Cards on line. It's so much easier and very safe.
