One of our grocery stores recently started this new program where each week you get an e-mail with "personalized deals". Got my e-mail today - Mangos for 23 cents each! YA MON!!! I know where I'm stopping on my way home from work tonight!

I hope dem sort of ripe, cause here in Mass the mangos are picked premature so they are half ripe, half rotten......

On the good side, we have mangos on our tree so stay away................lol....

One of my favorite meals is blackened mahi mahi with mango salsa. I'll see how ripe they are. may not be able to eat for a few days.

.23? Wow! Up here they are way more, imported from Mexico and in a word - suck. I just tried to eat one - stringy and no flavor Sad

Ours come from Mexico too but usually somewhat decent. Nothing like JA though. This deal is at Vons.
