The Parrot fish (pictured in the blog, steamed) I actually got from a guy with a "bucket" of fresh caught fish downtown, right across from Paymaster where the "Orange Guy" hangs out. GORGEOUS fish but needed to do a bit of the haggle. I didn't remember seeing him there before...maybe he's there on a more regular basis now. His fish all looked great.

My regular market is across from the old Easy Rock Cafe (Mary's Bay). I can never remember the name of it.
