I am more than halfway through a Life Coaching Certification course and its time for us to coach folks outside of the class. I need to complete 30 sessions to receive certification.

Sessions last about 30 minutes and will be conducted primarily by phone; we can also use Skype or Instant Messenger. When I am in JA I have an international phone plan that will allow me to call the US, Canada or the UK.

At the end of the session we will schedule a check-in time a few days later, or even another session, if your intention will take several steps to complete.

The content of all sessions are confidential, as well as who is having sessions.

PS - Life Coaching is powerful - coaching supported me in coming to Jamaica for the winters, having 'difficult' conversations with people, doing things that felt 'impossible', enjoying life more, etc.

Sounds like a good thing....If I only had the time right now-work and school take up most of it .But will look into it..
