One of the nastiest things I ever tasted - DAWN - 11-22-2010 The trip after chemo, everyone had a remedy for me..ceresee(sp) They made me some tea.."sweetened it up nice" for me..yuck yuck yuck..there was a yard guy begging some coffee or tea..with my face twisted up I said he could have mine! "wha dat ceresee?" It's all yours. They then told me that as kids they called it pow pow..as you were soon heading for the bathroom and that would be the sound..
Re: One of the nastiest things I ever tasted - doctoro - 11-22-2010 I bought plants weeks ago and in the pot with my dieffenbachia (sp), there was cerasee it's growing up! my bars. I was told it grows 6 inches a night. I don't see it but it is rapidly climbing. I didn't like the taste at all.
Re: One of the nastiest things I ever tasted *NM* - doctoro - 11-22-2010 Re: One of the nastiest things I ever tasted - LeeAnne - 11-23-2010 Ceresee is not a problem for me, nor is noni. The tea makes my belly feel so soothed, as much or more then mint tea. Bitter yes, but a drop of honey takes that away. I also drink aloe blended which is bitter & tuna soaked which is cool and refreshing. |
