I have called Discovery Falls several times (different days & times) & leaving messages with both my phone number & e-mail addy, trying to hear from them about prices, etc., but have not heard a peep! Their answering machine outgoing message implies that they are open. This is the place just north of Sheffield that I want to take mom for a natural river experience that I think will be a very easy entry into the water for her. Those of you on the island - have you heard anything about this place, i.e., is it open, or did it shut-down? My friend who told me about it wonders if they are just closed right now for low-season & will be opening Dec. 15th for high-season. Anybody know, please??
