Duncan's Bay Photos... - Sprat - 12-29-2011

Hi there guys...

I know it's been a while since I have posted, but sometimes a rest is as good as a change. As we all know, a break from message boards, the internet and all that comes with that...is much needed.

So, I would love to share some photos of JAJewels place...which we so loved. Hope that's ok with y'all.. Smile

Of course, first stop was Duncan's Bay....and all the breathtaking beauty it has to offer....

The fishing village down at the end of the beach was busy the first morning as we wandered down to check things out. Lots of hellos and smiles, and not ONE person asking for anything! LOL...wow, that was first!

Duncan's Bay is a place to discover....and we found that out. We loved having the car, and won't be without one again, this trip opened up a new lease on Jamaica for us...Jah Bless...

There is something about fishing boats...that I love! They tell a story with their rustic charm, worn paint, knowing all too well that many fisherman make their living with them. It is awe inspiring to capture these photos and the men who spend their days catching the food for the day.

Truly works of art....

Spoke with these cute kiddies on the morning we were leaving....so sweet...

Glad to see you and your awesome photos here...That area is one of my favorite places to hang in Jam...Hopefully more people will venture out that way..its an easy 40 min drive from MBJ... and yes-Cher, Barry G and Jam Jewel are da best..
