Re: Talapia for Dinner - Debra - 12-28-2011 That sure does look like some red cabbage and fried dumplings too? I like tilapia, but I soak it in vinegar/lime juice 4 hours before I cook it and it tastes much better. DAWN, your cooking looks so Yummy!
