PLUS he's always open from 10-12 on Sunday & holidays too!!

I'm lucky, Bank of America doesn't charge me any fees as long as I use Scotia. If I used NCB, I'd be charged $5 fee plus 1% on the amount withdrawn. I used Scotia ATM 4 times during this last reach and got a rate of 85.65 each time.
