Turkey Pot Pie - DAWN - 12-15-2011 Sautee onion, garlic, carrots, squash, green beans, celery in butter. Add 3 potatos, 2 cups of broth, oregano, parsley and steam till potatoes are almost done. Add turkey, can of cream of chicken soup and 1 tbls corn starch. Put in one (here is where I cheated) pie crust. Can ya smell it? Top with next pie crust and "crimp it" just like Gramma did Bake in preheated oven for 25-35 minutes or until crust is pretty like this one here. (serves 8 or maybe 7 if I decide on a 2nd slice. :o)
Re: Turkey Pot Pie - jajewel - 12-15-2011 Yum yum....sounds so comfortingly good! Still think it would be nice with curry inna it!
