I just heard some disturbing news and wants someone to tell me it's a LIE!...I heard they knocked down Herbie's Shack (Between Root Bamboo and Rooms)and kicked him off the beach!...That was my hang out!...Where am I gonna hang at now Sad

Don't know anything about Herbie- But Lindsay (T-shirt guy next door) told me he didn't know how much longer he would be there.
The 'owners' had plans for the land

Jitterbug,BoBo runs a Taxi now so he didn't come around much anymore and Herbie owned the Shack but not the land!...Tried calling him earlier but didn't get an answer!...I'm ready to protest! Sad

That is very disturbing. But it is always something that could happen when people have a business on someone else's property. I remember when Herbie and Lindsay were about the only two people on that part of the beach. I don't want to lose touch with either of them.

I agree there have been some unsavoury characters hanging out at the old Cigar King building recently.
