Jamaica Talk 5? 6? - Lola - 12-10-2011 Glammy - came up in reference to Cow Foot Soup, which I haven't had but I'm guessing might be rather 'mucilagenous' due to tendons etc. Quale (sp?) - heating over fire to soften or dry out something, ie., quayle banana leaf to soften it for serving food on, or quale a piece of grabber to dry it out ('crystalize' LOL) so it chops up finely. Heard the word used on a televised JA cooking show too. This was just a funny: I forget what the specific item was, but it was described as 'smelling snail-y' ("su-mells su-nail-y"
