Swordfish Restaurant Bar and Grill - fatty - 11-13-2011

A new restaurant/bar opened up Friday (11-11-11) where Barabuv/Ev'rytime Cafe used to be. It's called "Swordfish Restaurant Bar and Grill" and has quite an extensive menu. Ackee and saltfish, lunch sandwiches, pizza, lobster and cakes/desserts, etc.. Kemp, the owner (you might know him from OceanEdge Resort) is a very nice man and I wish him the best. We stopped in last night and had dessert. Started with a slice of vanilla cake...it was so moist and tasty we had to have another piece (we were told that Kemp's wife does the baking...YUM)!!! If you get a chance...stop in and support this new venture.

We went back and ate there last night and the food was wonderful...large portions and reasonable prices. Wifey had Snapper Supreme (700J)...two large breaded fillets and served with macaroni salad and festivals - very good. I had a grilled chicken sandwich which was served on coco bread and came with with fries and a cabbage/carrot salad (450J). It was mighty tasty!!! We, again, had to have a piece of the vanilla cake!! It didn't disappoint!!! LOL
