isnt this a fabulous idea? For many reasons this artcle appealed to me ..cleaning the bottles littering the rivers, and waterways, gutters etc ... cheap and available..
and sand is available in Jamaica....and poor ppl can use it instead of zinc that will rot and blow away..

Great idea! I'd love to see this take off. Way too many plastic bottles littering the world - put them to use, I say! Cool looking houses, too!
