yes I read that yesterday JaJewel...seems like the police have gone wild all over the island! Shoot first (15 xs) and then ask questions. Who do they think they are fooling with their actions? It is such a sad state Jamaica is in.

My friends from Negril say you can just feel the tension. This is far from over I am afraid.

Assistant Commisioner of Police Justin Felice, from the UK has been on the island a few years, specifically to tackle the corrucption problem in the JCF.
From what I have heard, he loves to chase down the dirty cops.
