Digicel Self Care Broadband Login - Lola - 05-04-2011

I am unable to get into the self-care section, it says the server was reset while loading. I've had this problem since I arrived in California.

Can anyone else get it to open?

But it might take you to the main site instead. Click Broadband at the top of the page, then Self Care Login on the right side.

I had the same problem when I tried to top up my modem after returning to JA last month. Problem was...I had to be accessing the self-care section through my modem. When I tried to access Digicel through a wi-fi area (which Digicel didn't recognize) I got the same error messages you're getting!! Even though my monthly subscription had expired, I had to go through my modem to resubscribe!! Hope this helps you.
